The room was comfortable and nicely equipped with an extra bed, and the overall stay was really enjoyable, the whole place was really clean.

the hotel is clean and has very amiable and competent staff. the rooms here are air conditioned and spotless with ac. the breakfast is excellent, includes plenty of meals.

Thanks a lot for a PLEASANT stay, would definitely recommend. Its location is magnificent and lovely, really close to the ferry to Hondarribia as well as weekly market and beach, pretty area. Also, Hendaye Beach is at a medium distance from the venue.

This hotel is conveniently located near the beach, making it easy to enjoy some sun and sand. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even offering a range of dining options for guests. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms were in good condition, complete with a terrace and an extra bed for our daughter. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, offering a great start to each day.

snorkeling was amazing, surpassed my expectations. Great location near marina, restaurants, and beach. Comfy room with a lovely balcony, and the pool was delightful.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach. We loved being able to easily access the beautiful scenery and even take a quick trip over to Spain. the view from the balcony was stunning, providing a perfect spot to relax and take in the surroundings. the staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist us with any questions or needs we had.

The hotel could use some updating. the reception area appeared outdated and untidy, which did not create a good first impression.

I had an enjoyable stay with well-priced and peaceful accommodation. The hotel has an amazing setting not far from a restaurant along the seafront. The breakfast was nice and at a 4-star level. The pool was also nice, and there is parking nearby.

Our king room with a terrace had good views. we found Hotel Ibaia to be a peaceful and relaxing place to stay in Hendaye, with easy access to the ferry to Honderribia, and a king room with a terrace offering good views. The hotel provided a great base for enjoying our time in the area.

The rooms are basic but in good condition, and some even have terraces with better views available. The hotel's location on the marina in Hendaye is perfect for those looking to explore the area or take the ferry boat to Honderribia. Loved the proximity to the beach and local restaurants – only a few minutes walk away! The breakfast buffet was top notch, with a great variety to choose from. Underground parking was a huge plus and provided peace of mind for my rental car.

Check-out was a bit of a hassle with incorrect charges, but thankfully the check-in process was smooth and the room was very clean and cozy. The spa was not onsite as I had assumed, and unfortunately, some of the outdoor areas could use a little attention.

The hotel has a prime location a few steps away from the beach and in close proximity to shops and restaurants. the room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and good free Wi-Fi. There was plenty of natural light and a lovely balcony with a nice view.

The pool area was not well-maintained and the chairs were old and moldy. It would have been nice to have more umbrellas available for shade.
